This Sunday I woke up to find myself on the cover of the New York Daily News with the picture above. Its always nice when you are unknowingly printed in your lingerie for the entire world to see. For the record, I am in the April issue of Penthouse fully clothed (the surrounding pages feature all the hotties) and these pictures were sold while I was residing in my vacation home of 4 months called RMS aka Riker’s Island.
The Daily News linked me and my agency to A-Rod and states that I dated him for free. I was confronted with an alleged email exchange between myself and Alex last week and didn’t have all that much to say. I figure my private life is, well…private. I thought if I ignored it, it would go away. It didn’t.
Which brings me to a very valuable question. Should Madams Kiss and Tell? There has been such a long debate over whether or not call girls should kiss and tell and I’ve been told there is some sort of Madam ethical code I must follow. I have merely been keeping quiet because I don’t want to ruin lives – not because I’m following some antiquated code.
Oh sure I have plenty to say about certain people – namely Elliot Spitzer, but that is because the hypocrisy of his situation sickens me. But now we are on my personal life which is ironic because its generated just as much press. So back to the question – should Madams Kiss and Tell? If the answer is yes, I’d better start writing another book because I have alot more to say….

Kristin Davis, a.k.a. The Manhattan Madam, owned New York's most successful prostitution ring, with over $5 million in annual sales and a roster of 10,000 rich, powerful, and famous clients. She captured national attention in early 2008 when her trio of high-end escort services was shuttered in the wake of the scandal surrounding New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s resignation. She has recently made major news in a leak about her alleged involvement with Yankee's Player, Alex Rodriguez. Her new book, The Manhattan Madam, available at

Hi Kristin!
As a Sex Worker Rights advocate, I want to say I support you, regardless of what you do!
It’s very sad how we are always touted as ‘victims’, and then they exploit us even more in the press. Except when police bring us out to call us victims, and only then do they hide our faces in the press (think the chicago craigslist law suit)!
We do have to get out and tell our story, and sharing some of our experiences with our clients is one thing, but I personally think sharing WHO those clients are is an entirely different thing. We have to have our own respect both for ourselves and our clients. If we offer ‘discrete’ services, then they should stay that way.
Regardless of your decision, I wish you the best, and hope that you are given the respect you deserve!
With Love,
Tara
