She’s as down home and as home spun as you can get, but this lovely lady from Biloxi, Mississippi has a wild side too, and Erica Ellyson (POM 01/07) was most definitely not afraid to show it for her cover girl shoot for Easy Rider Magazine in Indianapolis. “I liked spending the day squatting on a bike, it was fun and it was a departure for me,” said 22-year-old Erica who is currently studying to be an architect in San Diego. “Being a wild child or playing one is a good role to play. But don’t worry I still get my biggest kicks from being domestic and making my own banana bread.”
